Your Way Living is a registered NDIS provider (Registration No: 4-L3BFU41) delivering disability support services across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Hunter Region, New South Wales, Australia. We operate under the NDIS Act 2013, the NDIS Practice Standards, and the NDIS Code of Conduct.

• You have the authority or consent of the participant (or their legal guardian) to share their personal information with us
• All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You understand that submitting a referral does not constitute a guarantee of service commencement — all referrals are subject to an assessment and availability check
• You consent to Your Way Living contacting you and the participant in relation to the referral

Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms. By submitting a form, you also accept Web3Forms' applicable terms of service.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free. Service descriptions, eligibility criteria and funding information may change in line with updates to the NDIS.
