Individualised Living Options (ILO) is a flexible NDIS funding category that supports you to live in a setting of your choice — whether that's your own home or in a shared arrangement — with support designed entirely around your goals.
Unlike SIL, ILO puts you in the driver's seat. You decide the living arrangement, and our team works with you to build a support structure that fits your life — not the other way around.

In-Home Care
ILO and in-home care work together
Most people we support under ILO also receive in-home care — the practical, everyday help that makes living independently actually work. That might be support with showering and dressing, medication prompting, cooking and cleaning, or simply someone reliable turning up at the same time each day.
You don't need an ILO arrangement to receive in-home care from us. We deliver in-home support across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter on its own, whether you live alone, with family, or in your own rental.
