Whether it's a regular therapy appointment, a social outing or a community event, we flex around your schedule and plan type — NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants are all welcome.

Common Questions
Transport questions we’re asked most
Can NDIS funding pay for transport to appointments?
It may. Some NDIS plans include transport funding, and some supports can include travel with a support worker. It depends on your plan and your needs. Your planner, LAC or Support Coordinator can tell you what your plan allows.
Can a support worker drive me in their car?
Yes, where this is agreed and safe for you. The kilometres travelled may be claimed from your plan, if your plan allows it. Any travel costs should be agreed in your service agreement before support starts.
Can you help me learn to use public transport?
Yes. A support worker can travel with you on buses and trains while you learn routes and build confidence. Over time, the goal is for you to travel more on your own, if that is what you want.
