Support That Fits Your Life

Good days and hard days. Support that stays steady.

Many of the people we support live with psychosocial disability, which is a disability that comes from a mental health condition. Our support workers help with everyday life at your pace, in your home and out in the community, and we keep the same faces where we can.

We are not a clinical or crisis service. With your permission, we work alongside your GP, psychologist, mental health team and Support Coordinator, so your supports fit together.

Common Questions

Mental health support questions

Can the NDIS fund support for a mental health condition?

It can. People with psychosocial disability may be eligible if their condition causes an impairment that is likely to be permanent and has a big impact on everyday life. The NDIS website explains how to apply, and your GP or mental health worker can help with evidence.

Do you work with my GP or mental health team?

Yes, with your permission. Working together means everyone knows what is helping, and your support stays consistent.

Are you a crisis service?

No. We provide everyday NDIS support. In a crisis, call 000, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Which areas do you cover?

Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter and the Central Coast. We work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants. Make a referral
