Participant Information
Full name, date of birth, NDIS number, primary disability, support needs, goals, and any other information provided in a referral form or during service delivery.
Referrer / Contact Information
Full name, organisation, email address, phone number, and relationship to the participant — collected when a referral or enquiry is submitted.
Job Applicant Information
Full name, email address, phone number, preferred role and location, experience, and any details provided when expressing interest in working with us via our careers form.
Website Usage Data
General browsing data including pages visited and browser type, collected automatically through standard server logs. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Sensitive Information
Information about a person's disability or health conditions is considered sensitive information under the Privacy Act. We only collect this with consent and only to the extent necessary to deliver appropriate NDIS supports.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- Assessing and processing referrals for NDIS support services
- Delivering and managing the support services you or your participant have requested
- Communicating with participants, families, support coordinators and referrers
- Developing and reviewing individualised support plans
- Meeting our obligations under the NDIS Act, NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Code of Conduct
- Incident reporting and quality assurance as required by the NDIS Commission
- Responding to enquiries and feedback

4. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With allied health professionals, support coordinators or other service providers directly involved in a participant's care — with consent
- With the NDIS Commission, NDIA or other regulatory bodies as required by law
- With our third-party form submission provider (Web3Forms) solely to process referral and contact form submissions — they do not retain or use this data independently
- Where we are required or authorised to do so by law, court order or government agency
5. Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Referral and contact form data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and processed through Web3Forms' secure API. We retain participant and referral records for the period required under applicable laws and NDIS obligations, after which records are securely destroyed.
While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you not to include highly sensitive information (such as financial details) in web forms.
6. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate or outdated information
- Withdraw consent for the use of your information (subject to our legal obligations)
- Lodge a complaint if you believe your privacy has been breached
