About the role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Your Way Living across Newcastle, the Hunter, the Central Coast and Sydney. We already have homes and participants in these regions and we're expanding, so this role is about building the referral relationships that make that growth happen — with support coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, plan managers, hospitals and allied health teams.

Experience in the NDIS or broader disability sector matters more to us than a traditional sales background. Support coordinators, intake and referral officers, plan managers, allied health professionals with a referral network, and people who have done partnerships, engagement or business development at another provider are all well suited to this — you already understand the participants, the plans and the people making referral decisions, and that is the hard part to teach. You can be based in Newcastle, the Central Coast or Sydney, and work remotely, hybrid or on-site.
